expertise in contract negotiation, transaction nuance, and market trends. Linda has earned professional designations such as Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Resort &Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS).
A seasoned real estate professional, Linda has her finger on the pulse of every aspect of real estate – from contracts to market research and listing advertising to closings. Her approach to every client and transaction is one of diplomacy, honesty, and strategy – but more than anything, Linda seeks to serve her buyers and sellers through providing for their wants and needs and building lasting relationships. “My goal is to raise the bar of level of service to our clients,” Linda says. “I strive to treat clients as I would my family – by being upfront and truthful, giving sound advice, and, of course, completing each transaction ethically and professionally to ensure a positive experience.”
Prior to launching her own real estate career, Linda was a licensed assistant to a top producing agent for 13 years working as the driving force of closing over 100 transactions annually. She also worked previously in the title industry as well as in other real estate services such as mortgage loans and timeshare and property management. In her free time, Linda gives back to her community through supporting the BHS Theater Department, her local Lions Club chapter, the Lighthouse charity, Blue Santa, and Habitat for Humanity.
